Inspired by Psalms 18 Roy Hicks Jr. wrote the song Praise the Name of Jesus. He was meditating on this passage and praying the stated “The tune and the words came to me during that prayer time.” That very next Sunday he taught it to his congregation. What a great song to sing in good times, bad times or any times. Jesus is our Rock, our Fortress and Deliverer! Continue to trust and in all things “Praise the Name of Jesus.”
