What powerful lyrics! Not only a time for celebration, Christ is Risen!, but that Christ lives forevermore! This song reminds me each time with such an upbeat tempo that I’m celebrating life, celebrating our Christ who rose from the dead and who lives. As we approach Holy Week and Easter and reflect on the journey Jesus took, we can remember that this story doesn’t end in defeat or death, but life. Come on and celebrate the resurrection of our Lord!! ­
